客室は畳を歩くと靴下が真っ黒。スタッフ不足なのか凄く簡素化されて おもてなし感は全く無しです。大浴場も髪の毛だらけ、定期的に清掃する感じなく、本当に残念。部屋も琵琶湖が全く見えず屋根だけ❗もう二度とこのサイトは利用しない。いく価値無しの旅でした。
