Welcome to CASA DO LAGO! The best kept secret of Lake Sinclair! The most charming house on the lake ! Enjoy the lake and a bit of the country and all they have to offer.
This property is a wonderful vacation home with 196ft WATERFRONT featuring 4 bdrm /2 and 1/2 bath on the shores of beautiful Lake Sinclair. Incredible views, well appointed rooms, fire pit and private max dock. If you drive an ELECTRIC CAR this is the house for you! We have a FAST CHARGING STATION!
The space
Wonderful views from the a private and beautifully appointed primary suite retreat with king size bed, jacuzzi tub and private balcony. 2 cozy and well decorated bedrooms with queen size beds. Plus an additional bedroom suite with a half bathroom, bunker beds with Queen-size bed and 2 twin beds. We also offer (1) Plush queen size air mattress for additional sleeping. An additional full bathroom serves these rooms.

We have a FAST CHARGING STATION Level 2 at your disposal attached to the covered car port.

Bring your own boat/jet ski / kayak or rent one from the nearby marina and take advantage of our Dock throughout your stay. If you prefer lakeside sunbathing or reeling in a trophy fish, this lovely home lets you easily experience both without ever leaving the property! Enjoy kayaking, jet skiing, boating, fishing, or swimming in the 8' waters surrounding the dock- all just steps from your doors. (Note: We do not provide boat, Jet ski or Kayak) Boat lifts are not available. If you plan to bring your boat and/ or Jet Ski please make sure to do your research about the lake Sinclair. This property does NOT have a boat launch but there are public one’s available close by. Lake Sinclair is power lake. The water goes up and down daily . Where Casa do Lago is located you have to go under a bridge to travel out to main part of lake. Our bridge is one of the lowest bridges on the lake. The Bridge closer to the house is called Twin Bridges and there is a public boat launch next to it. We are not responsible for any guest’s watercraft of any kind.
Guest access.
Guest will have access to the entire house, property, covered park. Electric car charging station, decks, fire pit, dock area, and jet ski launcher. Boat and jet ski are not available for guests. Boat and jet ski lifts are not available to guests.

PARKING: Level 2 EV CHARGING STATION please bring your own cords and adapters. Covered car port for 2 vehicle. Additional uncovered parking up to 10 vehicles. 1 EV vehicle no extra charge per stay.$ 50.00 charging fee for each additional electric vehicle
