Three Little Birds cozy cottage 10 min from St. George Island and Apalachicola!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. Come enjoy the Forgotten Coast...we look forward to hosting you!

The entry door is located off a private deck and has a keyless entry lock . The apartment is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee bar, and kitchen table that can seat six. It is open to the living area that has a comfy couch with a queen sleeper, a large chair, smart TV, and desk. The bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has a full size shower. WIFI included. There is a queen size air mattress available. Message us if you have more than four guests.

Our guests have access to the driveway, entire side yard, entry deck and apartment. There is plenty of space for boats or trailers to park.

This apartment shares a concrete block wall with our home. There are locked doors on our side and the apartment side. It has a private entrance, but does share power, air conditioning/heat, and water with our home.

Although we have pets of our own, we are not pet friendly at this time. We recently lost our Golden but we frequently dog sit our grand pups, a Mini Goldendoodle and a Border Collie / Blue Heeler mix.

The cottage was great! Extremely clean!!! I always say the small details don’t mean much, they mean everything….like snacks and cold bottles of water were provided by Sheila, the host. Communication was extremely timely too. Just book this little gem. You’ll be happy!!!

The property was very clean. It also was very accommodating we everything you need and some extras. Fully equipped in a very quiet area. Close to everything we wanted to do and St. George Island. Sheila was an amazing host. You can’t go wrong staying here. It is an apartment off the house but do not let this discourage your visit it was well worth it.

Outstanding experience. My wife and I are seasoned travelers, and value cleanliness, quiet, and stress free accommodations. We got all that and more. Extremely thoughtful hosts took care of everything. The unit looks nicer in person than in the pics. We always have to clean a hotel room or unit as they never meet our standards. This place exceeded it in every way. Will definitely be back in the future.

We had an great night at Three Little Birds. The layout of the apartment was nice and open, the bed was super comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was nice and close to the restaurants in East Point, which is what we were looking for.

Beautiful Stay

I honestly can't say enough about this beautiful little home. It had EVERYTHING we needed to include a full-length mirror...you'd be surprised how many places don't have one. My sister and I planned this trip to remember our mom on her birthday since she loved lighthouses, we decided to visit some throughout Florida. Our first stop was St. George Island. Our stay was so pleasant, and Sheila was so helpful and sweet. We were so excited to discover Yahtzee since it was one of my mom's favorite. I wish we could have stayed longer but we were only there for one night. I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful little home.

Phenomenal Property

The Three Little Birds was one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. As soon as we walked in, I knew I was going to love it. Everything was clean and organized! The owners have really thought of everything. We had forgotten our fan at home and we found one in the closet. We had prepared to have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella and they had those as well. Snacks, water, and coffee pods were all available for use. There were plenty of towels and I loved the dispenser in the shower. I didn't even unpack the stuff I had brought with us. The washer and dryer was very nice and we easily found laundry detergent available to us. Check-in and check out instructions were very easy. All communication with Sheila was quickly responded to. My husband and I both like our room cool when sleeping and she was very accommodating and had the a/c turned down before we even got there. It was a great place to stay and if we return to the area, we will definitely book it again.
