Very welcoming and lovely home to enjoy your Pocono stay. We are located in the Town close to all amenties. Located 5 to 10 minutes from all the activities and attractions the Poconos have to offer. Please note, there are security cameras located on the front porch, for host as well as guest benefits. River is located for viewing and experienced within two blocks of house location westward. DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID SITUATION CHECK IN HAS BEEN MOVED TO 4PM TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL CLEANING.
A two bedroom, one bathroom house with a Open Concept kitchen and comfortable living space. The house also comes with a 2 car driveway and a large backyard.
The property is located near a Walmart, Weis, and Giant supermarket. 5-10 min drive, you will be able to find restaurants, gas stations, an indoor water park (Camelback and Kalahari), zip lining, ATV bike riding, scavenger hunt, local movie theater, laundromat, Ride Aid pharmacy, outlet stores, ski resorts (Shawnee Mountain), Poconos raceway, Smithfield National Recreation Area and Beach, Arial Tours, horse racing, zoo, casinos, amusements parks, rail roads, factory tours, breweries, covered bridges, scenic overlook (Delaware water gap), lakes, Bushkill falls, and pinzgauer tours. It is also walking distant from a hospital (Lehigh Valley Hospital), and East Stroudsburg University. All these activities and amenities are within 5 to 10 minutes from location. A river is available for viewing and experience two blocks west of location of the listing.

Home has a nice spacious backyard with a flat deck and beautiful front porch. Please note their are SECURITY CAMERAS located on front porch of property for guest and host benefits.
Additional rules
-Please remove shoes while in the house.
-Absolutely No smoking. We have a strict no smoking policy inside of the house. If you would like to smoke, please smoke outside and discard of cigarette buds and ashes. If you are in violation of this, an additional fee of 300$ will be charged.
-Pets are not allowed (Service and Emotional support animals). While we love pets, we currently cannot accommodate pets. If you are in violation of this, an additional fee of $500 will be charged.
-Please respect our furnitures: DAMAGES to furniture will be paid for by the booking client. Additionally, anything removed from the property will be charged to client. FINE $500

-Please keep your noise level to a minimum after 10PM
GUESTS: Please review your reservation and have the CORRECT number of guests listed. The reservation can be altered BEFORE check-in. Only booked personnel are allowed in the property. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests. Any additional person after the first 2 guests, will pay an additional $50.00 per person per night. FAILURE to disclose additional guests will result in a penalty charge of $200 per night for the length of the reservation previously booked and/or cancellation of reservation.
