    The sound of waves lulling you to sleep.
    A place for family and friends to relax and create memories.

    Nestled in the dunes of East Sandwich beach sits this oceanfront property with stunning 360-degree views of Cape Cod Bay and Scorton Creek. Spend your days sunning and swimming before you return home to this comfortably appointed house.

    You’ll find an open gourmet kitchen and living room on the 1st floor as well as a dining area that extends onto a screened-in patio. The bedroom on this floor sleeps four – a full bed with a twin bunk and trundle. Next to this room is a full bathroom with ‘rain & waterfall’ shower to wash away your stress.

    The second floor has the master bedroom with a King bed, 6 ft windows, a walk-in closet, TV, and private balcony overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The second bedroom on this floor is appointed with a Queen bed and walk-in closet. The second full bathroom features a double sink vanity and another ‘rain & waterfall’ shower.

    The third floor is one room with two twin beds that face a large window, providing sweeping views of the water. Note that the third floor is accessible from the 2nd floor guest bedroom.

    Exit the back of the house via a wooden boardwalk to your own private beach. When you're ready to return, wash off the sand in your outdoor shower.

    Linens, towels, and beach chairs are included.
    Two pack n' plays with fitted sheets available for use.
    Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

Wonderful Home

Salt Eire was a lovely, cozy home. The beach views were phenomenal. The gas fireplace was perfect for a winter visit! The hosts supplied everything we could possibly need. It was a wonderful weekend getaway.

A great home for a family stay. We loved the layout, the decor, and easy access to the beach. Since we had rainy/windy weather for most of the trip, we were grateful for the screened in back porch for some fresh air. Host was very responsive

Luxury long weekend escape

We had the most fabulous time. Shannon truly had covered all the details in making your stay so comfortable. Even in the fall, the fireplace, screened in porch, and all the board games kept us entertained. You’ll have an amazing time here.

Perfect Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our week at Salt Eire. The location was great and close to everything. The house was spacious and had many amenities to make our family comfortable. The views were incredible. We really enjoyed our afternoons on the sandbars and time on the screened in porch enjoying the view! Very relaxing vacation for Al!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Salt Eire. Despite the weather not being the best, we were able to make the most of it due to the location of the property to downtown Sandwich and neighboring towns. The House Rules were very helpful and detailed, and Shannon was very communicative and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Cape Escape!

This property did not disappoint! It was a perfect location for our needs while we were enjoying our vacation on Cape Cod and attending a good friend's wedding. Salt Eire is a clean, fun place to stay. Loved the views of the bay. Exceptional!!

The best off season cape cod vacation!

Salt Eire provided the best weekend getaway when we visited the cape for the polar express. Winter is off season for the cape but the home was gorgeous, right on the beach, and decorated for the holidays. We loved bundling up and running on the beach with our kids. The home provided a comfortable and cozy stay for our two families - 4 adults and 3 kids - and we created core memories we’ll all remember.forever.

Parent’s Anniversary Celebration

Wonderful time at the Salt Eire beach house in East Sandwich! The home was great for my parents (75 years old) and my children (6 and 9) loved being steps from the beach. East Sandwich is also a lovely town with great coffee shops, taverns, ice cream and mini golf! Shannon was a magnificent host! Thank you so much!
