"The stay was altogether really nice. It was my first time staying in a shared situation like this, where the apartment has each room separately given out but the living room and kitchen are shared - it is an adjustment period, especially with the mixed bunch you could get (unlike a hostel where it's usually backpackers or international travellers). The room itself is pretty much self contained with a spacious and clean en suite, microwave, and a kitchen sink in the room - although the coffee...

"Was going to stay a few nights but after they collected $100 deposit for each room. The rooms were terrible. Mine was right next to street with rail pass goi g by. Also bench outside my window with two guys talking. VERY NOISY. So far. No deposit return and nothing credited back for only spending one night"

"I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."

"This is a boutique urban hotel. Clever funky design and comfortable beds. Not a lot of frills but definitely had what I wanted and needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Did not use parking or airport shuttle but did take light rail which goes directly to airport and is about 4 blocks from hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of many major points of interest. Would stay there again for sure."

"The location was great for the Clipper, and was an easy 40 minute walk to the ball park. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, food was good. Not a lot of road noise, the train went by regularly but it wasnt bothersome. A cool iconic hotel."

"The first room we got was very small and not remodeled like the pictures I saw when I booked the hotel. The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate me and switched me rooms. The new room was much nicer, however the AC did not work and I had to sleep with the window open. I did report the AC however I’m assuming it slipped their mind. I also asked for fresh towels, and that was forgotten as well."

Breakfast was Ok.
First room I was in had no hot running water. Barely warm after a long wait.
Had room changed ok, but put into an handicap assessable room, with small old TV and noise from the freeway.
Hotel was shabby in places in the room corridor and elevators were worn out and did not seem in good state."
