"Very nice spacious apartment
Lovely views and great location
Car park is very small and tight
Above a pub so can be noisy
The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony
Lots of kitchen essentials and games
Comfy beds!"

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room.
Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go."

"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav.
The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door.
The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained.
The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...

"Great location, but some room for improvement
Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus.
Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter.
Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The...
