Broken door lock, screen door falling off, broken couch. Left when the door could no longer be locked because it wasn't safe

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Easy access for letting our puppies out and located close to many establishments.

The only thing good is location

Check in on Friday March 28, apartment was disgustingly dirty.Tiny copper wires, glass, old dog food, and dirt on floor throughout.Old K-cup left in machine, food crumbs on table and counters, blood stains on sheets and a tub that was full of hair and soap scum.We immediately contacted Joseph, and was told he could not send his cleaning crew out that evening as they were short staff and over booked.Which left me in the position of spending my own money on cleaning supplies and laundry sanitizer(as the only thing in cleaner's closet was creamer and coffee) and missing my husband's uncle's viewing since the place was dirty and we could not leave our pets unattended in the apartment.When cleaning the bathroom, we found ants as well.The couch was broken, so we could not sit on that, as every time you did the left arm piece fell off.The bar stools were held together by 1 or 2 screws and what looked like Elmer's glue.When speaking to Joseph again Saturday March 29, he then wanted to send his cleaning crew in after I had purchased cleaning supplies and done the clean myself.We communicated with him the entire day of Saturday until Monday about a refund.Once he knew we had left the state to return home and had no way to visit his office in person or demand a manager. Since then he has blocked any calls or texts in order to be able to communicated with him regarding any type of resolution of this matter.If you would like to see pictures go to FB VRBO Bad Experiences and Complaints

Nice stay for me and my cat

This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria.

It was simple and nice.

Property inside was very nice & adequate. There were several dogs in the area and the owners did not pick up their dogs excrement. One had to pay attention to where they were walking.
