Organizing a college reunion was difficult, but this place and the host made it much, much easier. Between the quick responses, the great amenities, and the very comfortable rooms, everyone had a great time!

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay. The owner was fantastic to work with & accommodated us if possible. Grandkids were mostly young so hope to come back in a few years. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Place for Family

Medley Manor has become a family tradition. Pete is a wonderful host I highly recommend staying at this property. Our family tries to stay here at least twice a year. We have no complaints, just plenty of praise!!! Can’t wait to go back.

Family Reunion Fun

Medley Manor was perfect for our family reunion, easily accommodating the 24 of us. Owner Pete has put a lot of time into decorating each room with a unique theme. The rooms were clean and attractive. We appreciated his availability to answer any questions, and the tour of the whole facility upon our arrival. We enjoyed our stay at Medley Manor and recommend it highly.

Great space!

Medley Manor provided a great place for our family of 18 to gather and spend time together. The game room was a big hit! We loved the very large gathering space for meals together and room to play games. The kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare and serve up meals. Everyone enjoyed the variety of themed rooms as well. Also appreciated having plenty of bathrooms.

Wonderful experience for large family reunion

We had an awesome stay for our family group of about 40 people. There isnt a lot to do in the area per se, but the home makes up for it all. The large diner area made it perfect for everyone to congregate and have the meals etc. the game room was picture perfect to keep a bunch of teens and pre-teens totally engaged. Pete and Amal were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to host a cocktail time for our group and also gave us a homemade cheesecake. They were happy to help at all times and made several local recommendations as well. All in all, a wonderful place to be at for a large group. I’d totally recommend it.

Second time still a joy

First rented Dec. 2019. Great time then. Rented Jan. 2023. Even better with all the improvements. Plenty of room for gathering with family. Plenty of things to do whether staying at manor or going into Peoria.

Such and awesome place!

Great for large groups! There are actually 14 bedrooms with locked doors. Each room is themed and a different size to accommodate many families! It was perfect for our 12u softball team and their families!

Family reunion

Twenty of twenty one members of our children and grandchildren gathered for a 4 day reunion in East Peoria. We were greeted by our host and his new wife and given a room by room tour of the premises. Even though we knew what we were expecting, we were still astonished at the size and beauty of what we saw. Choosing who was going to sleep in which room was difficult but it was finally accomplished.The host was excellent in taking care of our needs to the best of his abilities and each of us ranging in age from 9 to 72 had a fantastic time.

New Years Eve Celebration!

The place was even better than expected! We had a group of over 40 family members of all ages and fit comfortably. In the diner area we had more than enough space to ring in the new year and spend quality time together. The rooms were clean and the themes were very cool. The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! Pete was the best host! He was very accommodating and willing to assist with any odds and ends. We will certainly be returning to Medley Manor!

Great game room!

Pete was a great communicator and has worked hard to make this property great for guests. The tour of the place on check in was helpful and check out was easy. Our group really loved the game room and the huge gathering place to eat and hang out together. Pete also gave area recommendations and worked to accommodate our group with different needs that popped up. It was a great place to be able to hang out, and we appreciated that the tv in the dining area could show us what was happening in the game room below us so we could keep an eye on the kids when they were playing with their cousins. This was a fun place and our group enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the games available. Many rooms had air conditioners and there were also fans available, which was helpful since we were there during a heat advisory. We had a great time!

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party

We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. We are already thinking of gatherings we can have back here as it is perfect!!

Hands down, probably the best VRBO experience we have had....from property to proprietor. all GREAT

The responsiveness and respect of the proprietor (Pete) was exemplary. The space is fit out with all of the details that you need to come and enjoy your stay. Terrific surprises were the complimentary snack bar, seasonal decorations, and extensive attention to detail in the rooms. No question or ask was discounted and Pete was very thorough, kind, and welcoming to us and our family. You will not be disappointed to stay at Medley Manor! Thank you Pete!

Family 4th of July

Everything was wonderful! We had such a great time. There is sooo much space for activities and your comfort. The attention to details were fantastic! Every room was unique and all of the guests were beyond pleased. Our host Pete, became a beloved family member 😉. He made our experience unforgettable. His generous and thoughtful kindness will not be forgotten. Pete is responsive and attentive to all needs.We are already planning on returning. Medley Manor has become an annual tradition.
