"The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. "The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."

"It was beautiful large home with plenty of space for 15 of us in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean and comfortable. They have a TON of games and unique amenities, like a towel warmer, beach chairs, extra outdoor tables and chairs.
A couple things that were mildy inconvenient was the thermostat is locked (we understand why) but it would get super cold in the house.
There was only enough TP, dish soap, trash bags, paper towles, and dish detergent for 2 days. With a 5 night stay we had to...

"DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I absolutely would. My family and I stayed here expecting a basic, clean, and safe place to sleep while we were in town. We weren't looking for luxury or anything extravagant. This "Inn" failed in every possible way. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we felt uncomfortable, frustrated, and genuinely disappointed. Looking back, the 2-star rating should have been a warning.
The problems started before we even made it...

"This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference."

"The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable.
Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed.
The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk.
We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo."

"A beautiful property with staff members that you can tell really take pride in the guest experience. We had wonderful conversations with the staff who gave us great recommendations for things to do and check out in the area. Restaurant was also fantastic - the salmon chowder was truly the best soup I’ve ever had. We hope to be back again someday soon."
