"We recently stayed at the Vitality Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, and had an overall fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. "I love a good Best Western stay because the rooms are always clean, the building is generally quiet, and the breakfast is good. This was no exception. The room was bigger than I expected, and super clean. Plenty of outlets and the staff was super friendly and fast. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the toilet handle slipped off the chain a few hours before check out and I couldn't get it back on, but I'm sure if I had mentioned it, it would have been fixed quickly. "The Moose is homely and clean. Walking distance to sun studios, ALDI supermarket and some good food places. I recommend the Guac for Mexican. Great service there. The only negative about the Moose was the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool but thankfully there was an additional fan. If you are relying on the trolleys to get around, they are not running (not since August 2024) so ignore that info they provide."
