"We were comfortable and close to the elevator. The Army Reserve group on weekend maneuvers were 40 in number and polite. Families took good care of their children. The staff was very helpful. Holiday Inn and Qunita are top on our list for short stays."

"It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana. There were two dispensaries right next door to the hotel. Also the area seemed a little sketchy. Many people hanging out in the lobby and surrounding areas. I don’t think that they were guests but one never knows. The room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We just stayed one night and that’s probably as much as I would ever stay if in a pinch."

"We were disappointed that breakfast was not available during our stay. The restaurant was not open at all on Sunday. One of the reasons we booked at the Blake was that it had 2 restaurants Otherwise, we were very happy with the hotel."

"The hotel is new, clean, and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good…the same as most hotels I have patronized. The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. (My husband is a retired Hotel Manager…usually when a new hotel is built, the parking lot is paved PRIOR To OPENING!!!) As a person with disabilities I did not appreciate having to...

"Everything was excellent—we had a great stay and would absolutely return. The only minor issue was that the mattresses felt a bit worn and slightly saggy and could use an update. There’s no on-site parking, but the parking garage is less than a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which was still very convenient."

Awful smell comes from the AC/fan unit (mold/mildew/dampness), cobwebs in corners, metal bed frame that sticks out, terribly uncomfortable bed with squeaky springs that stuck in my back Asked the person on staff for 2 additional pillows and he looked at us like he had never been asked for anything extra before and tried to dissuade us by saying they were all the same size (that wasn't the point-we needed more due to how uncomfortable the bed was) He did get them...

"The place had super kind workers but the overall building smelt like mildew. Like it did the job for my visit but I don’t wish to return. Such a bummer too bc the people were very kind. Didn’t try the pool tbh just working lol."

"Definitely a great place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. This hotel is about 10 mins from Yale which worked for us because we stood 30 mins away the last 2 times for more money and less amenities. We really liked the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and the fruit was fresh. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen with a big fridge. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. "

"This place is cute, small, and very clean. Safe and reasonably priced. All the other reviews were correct. I was traveling with my two children and needed an overnight, it was perfect."
