Experience all that the charming Morris Cove neighborhood of New Haven has to offer from the comfort of this private first-floor apartment! This unit offers 2-bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, dining room, living room, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful patio and enclosed front porch with a Waterview. Conveniently situated just a short walk from the beach, Lighthouse Park, Anthony's Ocean View, & Amarante's. This unit is on the first floor of a 2-unit home.

**Please note this is a first-floor unit located in a shared home. There may be other guests staying in the apartment above this unit during your stay. The backyard and patio are shared spaces. Stairs are required to access the property.**
