The Space:

This recently renovated home boasts a flexible 3-bedroom layout (with an additional daybed in the sunroom), 2 full bathrooms, and an expansive backyard with a private pool and outdoor shower. Just a short bike ride from both East Hampton and beach access, this tranquil oasis sits on a beautifully manicured acre of land, complete with 2 indoor fireplaces, central heating and air conditioning, and all the amenities you need to make it your home away from home. Fall in love with the peaceful ambiance and enjoy a truly unforgettable stay!



The pool is currently closed, and will be guest-ready starting April 16, 2026.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Cited by many as “America’s Most Beautiful Village,” East Hampton is the quintessential upscale seaside resort. The appeal is apparent from even the briefest of glimpses down Main Street—from the postcard-pretty Town Pond to the west, to the iconic Hook Windmill at the village’s eastern leaving. Add in the ocean to the south and it’s easy to see why this place is a boon for artists, writers, and other creative souls.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.







Home Truths:



Do not use the wood-burning fireplaces within the home.



The pool is open seasonally. If weather permits, it may remain open through the end of September and potentially into mid-October.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.



Parking Details: Open gravel driveway, plenty of space for parking.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
