"Dave & Michelle's place is awesome. This place is stunning, as are the ocean views from the deck. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything anyone could want. We spent four nights here and could have stayed more. There are so many lakes in the area, and it is so beautiful in Garden Bay. Dave makes a great cinnamon bun and Michelle has some of the best Asian food we have eaten. You must try these. Communication was great and we can't wait to return. "

"Lovely suite with everything you need. Loved the robes. The massage was extra and so welcomed. Hosts who live upstairs were very responsive."

"We were so happy with our stay in the tiny home. Yes it is tiny but the layout is set up perfectly and makes the home feel bigger than it is. Our only regret is only being available for 1 night. Being close to the Saltery Bay ferry is a huge plus as well. The host Melanie is very attentive and helpful. The area put out a boil water advisory, and Melanie immediately dropped off clean drinking water to ensure we were still comfortable. I did feel bad as the checkout time on VRBO is set at 11am,...

"Very perfect place."

"This was the perfect house for our girls trip! But it would've been perfect for any getaway or group: Couples, a family with littles, etc. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and stocked. Everything was as described. The hot tub and cold plunge were dreamy, surrounded by tall trees in the middle of the forest. It was very cool to take the long stairway down to the shore. It's such a cool property. We loved the location too! The hosts were very helpful and responsive."

"Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful waterfront cabin with absolutely nothing to worry about. Communication with our hosts was excellent and we look forward to staying there again."

"4 of us stayed at the Cabin for 3 nights. What a lovely experience! super-comfy, excellent surroundings, very quiet. It exceeded our expectations! It's absolutely isolated, a beautiful sanctuary in woods and a few steps into water. The windows and views are gorgeous. Kitchen has everything you need. We would be happy to come back later!"

"Joanne’s place was perfect for our family weekend away. We enjoyed the spacious house, perfect for a large group, and also enjoyed taking the kayaks and canoes out on the lake. "

"One of the most charming places I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a bowl of eggs from the ducks/chickens at the end of the garden (which we promptly repaid with snacks) and the three small buildings were super clean and incredibly welcoming. There were a few minor bug/dirt related issues with the outside shower but nothing too bad at all. We look forward to coming to stay again!"

"This place is amazing! It was beautiful and clean, it was peaceful, and even though I had to get some work while on this vacation, it was just perfect to sit outside and enjoy the trees and the birds.Kathleen is lovely and sweet. I will definitely be back."

"Appreciated Renee's flexibility in modifying our arrangements and her prompt communication. Area attractions suited my family to a tee."

"We had a wonderful stay. Just as described, the home is peaceful and located on a very quiet street. We loved having the fenced backyard that wrapped around to the front of the house so we could let our dog go out with no worries. The house itself was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed including a workout equipment and a full sized washer and dryer. I’m looking forward to returning again in the future! Make sure to check out smuggler Cove which is a short drive away "

"The stay was wonderful!! The room was very clean and very modern. We stayed in the Mahonia room. Any questions we asked the host were answered very promptly. The location is spectacular. We even saw a small bear this morning. The room has a very attention to detail feel, including a very comfortable bed, coffee, tea, a bottle of wine and snacks. We looking forward to booking this again in the future. "

"Because there is no living room or gathering area for a group to sit inside comfortably this is totally weather dependant. Fortunately,our stay had great weather and the outdoor area was fantastic. We were surprised that we didn’t have the whole house as advertised. "

"Clean, spacious, and very easy check in. Large Bathrooms, great television, kitchen stocked with plates, glasses and even sugar for your coffee. Nice location."

"Pictures don't do the place justice! The care taker lady is amazing, the place is clean.The lake is stunning and the quiet atmosphere is second to none.Bring a sharp knife and foil, otherwise the kitchen is well stocked. Outstanding!!!!!"
