Spacious Basement Apartment

Newly built 1 bedroom daylight basement apartment with private entrance. Comes with a full-size kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath, a laundry room and a pullout queen bed from the couch. Has a TV in the living room and bedroom. Wifi included. Mountain biking/Hiking trails right outside.
The space
You will have your own separate entrance. It includes 1 bedroom, with a queen size beds and a TV. It has a full kitchen that is equipped with your basic cooking needs. Bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. There is a portable crib available upon request.
Guest access
Please enter through the West side of the house. This is a basement apartment. The upper level is lived in by the host.

It is a good location and very nice. My only issue is there should be a thermostat in the basement. It is apparently operated from the upstairs unit. I had to request a couple times for the a/c be turned down as it was very cold. That was not convenient.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

Very clean and updated basement apartment. It’s stocked with the basics, including a keurig with coffee and hot chocolate. The bed is very comfortable. Full size kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Convenient location for my work and social locations…much appreciated in Eagle Mountain. The host is super responsive and accommodating. Thank you! Some FYI’s that could be helpful when planning your stay:It is in the basement. Access is down a path by the side of the house and a flight of stairs down to the door. It’s a little dark at nighttime, so bring a flashlight if dark lighting is hard for you. Also, it is not a quiet apartment. You can hear the family upstairs very well…every step, every drawer opening and closing, and conversations. They seem to wake up around 6:30-6:45 every day, and it’s pretty hard to sleep through. There is not separate temperature control. There is a space heater and a fan provided. It gets pretty warm in the middle of the night, but I found opening a window was perfect.

Couldn't have been better!

Thel location of our stay couldn't have been better, close proximity to where we were visiting! The apartment was bright, modern, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved that the w/d was available, as well as 2 tv's and plenty of space to spread out. We'd definitely stay here again!

Good Location, Great Place

The place was a decent distance away from the hustle and bustle, but it was close enough that everything was quicl to get to. Inside was simple and neutral, exactly what i needed for the trip. It was spacious and quiet so that I had very little distraction. The communication was good, even to the point that they let me know about developments throughout the day that could impact my check in. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful, spacious apartment

This is a large, beautifully-appointed basement apartment. It is lovely and comfortable except that it was very cold. There is a portable heater, and the owner graciously turned down the air conditioning upstairs. Still, there is no temperature control downstairs, and it was cold. The neighborhood is pleasant, but traffic getting from I-15 to Eagle Mountain is terrible. Try not to arrive during rush hour: it took us 40 minutes to go 15 miles.

Great Apartment

Apartment was clean and tidy, and has updated decor. Big screen TV. They had a separate portable room heater in case more heat was needed. Good communication. Enjoyed our stay.
