"Amazing staff and attention to detail. Perfect location for a staycation. My dog’s leash broke and Catherine, one of the housekeepers noticed and had a leash ordered from the local Target for us! "Check in was extremely simple, room was clean, and had everything as described. The staff was also very friendly. Location is also perfect! The Bowery subway station is literally around the corner which made our commute to and from the airport a breeze. Lots of cafes, restaurants and delis nearby, even laundromats! Awesome stay!"
