"クラブラウンジアクセス付きプランにしたのが正解だった タイミングが良かった事もあり部屋のグレードアップをしてもらい感激 予約はオーシャンビューツインだったが、ソファエリアとキッチンにキングサイズベッドに各部屋トイレバス付きでオーシャンビューの部屋にしてくれていたので3泊がとても快適だった ラウンジスタッフのサービスも良くて、英語がたどたどしい私の為に翻訳アプリでコミュニケーションとってくれたり、レイトチェックアウトの要望を叶えてくれたり メインのカウンターのスタッフもグラブ配車の手伝いを丁寧にしてくれた また、荷物をバギーで運んでくれたのと同じスタッフがホイアン迄運転してくれたが、ホイアンでの観光ポイントについて親切にアドバイスしてくれた ..."
