Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven. Excellent AT&T fiberoptic Wifi and desk area, perfect for working remotely. Also includes a sun room, an Xbox One with Game Pass Ultimate, and a foosball table for your entertainment. This is a ranch-style, single-floor, home with a fully fenced in back yard for you and your family to enjoy!

Duke Graduation stay

The house location and rooms and backyard were so great, as is the kitchen! There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Here's suggestion for improvement: the light in the master bedroom wouldn't turn on, and the remote that controls it was missing; the vent in the bedroom hallway needs to be cleaned or replaced because it blew out very dirty air. Other than that, the house was very clean. Thank you!

Nice quite neighborhood

I brought my visiting daughter to Duke, and this was the perfect place to stay. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to give you a quiet place to enjoy the house and spacious backyard while trying to gather your thoughts. The house was clean and well-organized and provided everything we needed. It is definitely on our list of repeats if she decides Duke is where she wants to complete her Master's.

Amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Nichole was super responsive throughout the whole process. The home was roomy, very clean and great location. The beds were extremely comfortable!! We frequent Durham often and typically stay in a hotel, but not anymore, we will definitely be back to stay again.

Great place to stay

This home is a wonderful place to stay especially with your dog! It’s a little less than a mile from the house to the Eno river where it intersects with guess road—lovely trail! And easy driving to other Eno river trailheads and to little river trails for walking and biking. Home is very pleasant and the hosts were kind and available.

Fabulous Home

We were in town for a wedding at Carolina Grove. This was a great property with plenty of room for our entire family. There is plenty of seating in the family room. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Fantastic Stay

It was a perfect spot close to shopping and hiking at Eno River Park. The property was clean, efficient, and quiet. I highly recommend it for business or personal travel —especially with dogs. The spacious backyard was fully fenced in.

Comfy home away from home

I stayed here for several weeks while my house was being prepared; the house had everything I needed to make the stay comfortable for both me and my dog! The host was also excellent and quick to reply to my messages.

Overall good experience

There were 6 of us (and a pup) staying here for a family member’s wedding. The location was great and the recommendations for restaurants and things to do were wonderful! The fenced in yard was incredible for the dog to run around and I love the dog friendly vibes the house provided! The only VERY minor negatives were: it was somewhat confusing finding the correct door to enter the property and that there were not a lot of bath towels for 6 people. Although the towels did appear to be clean, there were a few stains on the ones that were provided. They were also all located in the master bathroom, which made them somewhat difficult to find. Overall it was a great experience and would still stay again!

Lovely Stay

The house was nice and very clean. They seem to think of EVERYTHING you might need, I was impressed. Our pups really enjoyed the big backyard and also the neighborhood was good for walks. 10/10 would stay there again.
