This condo in the mountains, sleeps 4-5 with one bedroom (King-sized bed), a double size sleeper sofa and twin Murphy bed. It is one mile from Purgatory Ski Resort- known for their down-hill skiing and mountain biking. There are activities for winter sports or plenty of summer activities for the entire family!
There is one bathroom with a shower/tub and a private washer/dryer.
There is a full kitchen that is stocked with utensils and appliances including a drip coffee maker.
Wood-burning fireplace with wood available on premises and heaters

The condo and community were as advertised. Quaint, simple, and private.The condo was very clean, and the amenities were perfect. A struggle for those who do not use Apple TV, but we figured it out.

Very comfortable accommodation and well-stocked with kitchen amenities. There were bears active in the area so we didn’t adventure out on a lot of the trails but did enjoy happy hour/dinner at the Nugget Bar. The Hot tub was out of service but we enjoyed a trip down to the hot springs in Durango. I appreciate that it was pet friendly too!

Mountain getaway

We had a great time here in Purgatory! The condo was in good condition, felt like home!The bed was very nice and the property was nicely kept.I loved that we could bring our dog, she had plenty of places to sniff around. Thank you and hopefully we will be back!

The condo was clean and very well furnished and stocked. It is a great location, midway between Durango and Silverton. My wife and I enjoy the hiking in the Silverton area, but I’ve had problems with finding good lodging in the town of Silverton. I will definitely return to the Silverpick condo on future trips to the area.

Engineering Mountain Frolicking

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and comfortable. We were very closed to Engineering Mountain, a place our daughter loves to frolicking with our dog.

Spring Skiing Stay

The condo was very comfortable for me and my son. It contained all the amenities we required for home cooked meals. We also enjoyed the community hot tub. Mandy was very accommodating to a minor change I requested and she was very responsive. We would not hesitate to rent with Mandy again.

Purgatory Playground

The location is ideal to spend the day exploring Durango Mountains. The host is very responsive and welcoming! We loved being a 2 minute drive from Purgatory and coming back to a clean hot tub steps away from the room. Quiet area with respectful residents and guests

Great place to escape to and enjoy the beautiful mountains all around. Very nicely decked out with all the comforts of home, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, even games and movies to play at night. Host/manager put a lot of thought into the little details and that makes for a really nice place to relax and enjoy vacation time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Get Away

Property is exactly as listed, but with so many added benefits. Very well appointed kitchen, laundry and entertainment. Very quiet little neighborhood. We will definitely plan another stay.

Mountain getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amanda’s Silverpick condo. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable for the 2 of us and our dogs. The location was perfect and close to many hiking trails. And the scenery was beautiful. It was a nice place to walk the dogs, and since it was a smaller number of units it was quiet and relaxing. We hope to visit again soon!

Accommodating and Exactly What We Wanted

The space was exactly what we were looking for - close to the ski resort, clean and very comfortable. Communication and accommodations with the property owner were even better. She's among the best we've ever stayed with.
