Our Beautiful and very Comfortable Villa is located in the very prestigious South Dalton Ranch in Durango, Colorado. Our Villa is a very Clean and Functional home on the 3rd Fairway of the Dalton Ranch Golf Course. It has many amenities including a very nice 8 person Hot Tub in a private setting overlooking the Golf Course. An Outdoor Barbecue on the deck makes it ideal for Family or Social gatherings and entertainment. Wifi is in the house as well. Cable TV with all of the major sports and news channels is available! Wonderful house in Awesome location!!
EXTRA TOWELS, SUPPLIES AND SHEETS ARE LOCATED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM UNDER THE PILLOWS AND CABINET DOORS AGAINST THE EAST WINDOWS.

Have a ton of fun while you visit Beautiful Durango:)

The Links Bedroom is the Master Bedroom and is located on the main floor. It has a Very Comfortable California King Bed as well as plenty of Closet space and drawers! The Links Bathroom has a very nice Bathtub with separate Steam shower and double vanities and private enclosed commode! There is plenty of closet space in the Master Bathroom as well.

The Dalton Bedroom has a Queen bed with a 1/2 bath next door and is located on the main floor. The Dalton Bedroom has it's own private entrance from the outdoors. There is a very nice Antique Armoire to store your clothes! A ceiling fan is a nice amenity in the Dalton Bedroom:)

The Trimble Bedroom has a queen bed and Futon with plenty of closet space. A chest of drawers is located in the Trimble Bedroom as well as a bedside lamp!

The Cascade Bedroom has a double bed and a single day bed ideal for 3 children or 2 single adults. The Trimble and Cascade Bedrooms share a full bath with shower and tub and are located upstairs!

Our home comes with a Modern Kitchen that boasts a double oven + built in microwave ideal for cooking those family holiday meals. A very nice and big formal dining room table that sits 12 as well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen that sits 2. The Kitchen contains a Dishwasher, trash compactor and Stove Top Gas Range! Plenty of cabinet space and don't worry about bumping into each other in the kitchen as it is a very nice size:)

There is a 2 Car Garage with one garage door opener that opens either door. This garage will keep the vehicles nice and dry and out of the driveway and out of the snow in the wintertime:) There is plenty of room for 2 more vehicles on the apron outside of the 2 car garage. The Patio is well located on the 3rd Fairway of the Dalton Ranch Golf Course.

Our Villa is very private in its location located at the end of a cul de sac. Fantastic home for entertaining!!

There is a Washer/Dryer in it's own separate laundry room near the garage entrance.
The iron is in the Washer/Dryer room.

You can walk to the Golf Course, PJ's Gourmet Grocery Store and the Dalton Ranch Restaurant. Trimble Hot Springs is a 2 minute drive from the Villa:) With all of the amenities in the home and nearby you will truly love your vacation at our Durango CO Golf & Ski Villa. Purgatory Ski Area aka Durango Mountain Resort is a short 25 minute drive from the Villa. Durango Parks and Recreation Center is 4 1/2 miles and offers an Olympic Swimming Pool, Major Water Slide and workout facilities! Fort Lewis College is only 15 minutes away from the Villa.. Terrible Experience

The property was poorly kept and maintained. Doors didn’t lock, screens were torn and inoperable. With temperatures in the high 80s to low nineties cooling was required. There was a portable EVAP cooler but it was not hooked to a water supply requiring the tenants to refill it manually with a pitcher ever 2-3 hours. The second week the hot tub sprung a leak. A repairman did come out eventually and fix it. Discovered a large hornet nest near the hot tub. Fortunately no one was stung and the nest was removed by an experienced beekeeper. The master bed frame’s middle support legs were broken or misaligned. Renter had to take mattress off and reset legs to make the bed functional again. The refrigerator would not dispense ice or water. At one time stopped making ice but tenant clean supply tubes and got the icemaker to work again but no dispensing. The VRBO advertised view of the 3rd green of the Dalton Ranch golf course is a ruse and borders on malpractice advertising. There is no view as the area is overgrown with tree branches and thick, uncut bushes. Due to the experience we shorten our stay by 4 days. The owner compensated us 2 days for all our troubles. Don’t recommend this property to anyone. The owner’s onsite property manager was a nice guy but not helpful in solving the problems experienced, in fact he told us that cleaning the patio was useless since the wind and the cottonwood seeds would just mess it up again. We had a wonderful stay. The house was large enough for our family of 12 which included grandparents down to toddlers! The nice large kitchen was a good gathering place. We did cook most meals at home. We enjoyed the great room and warm fireplace as it snowed o e day!

Beautiful home on golf course and close to everything in Durango!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and replied to my questions quickly. We were close to Purgatory and everything downtown Durango. We had an amazing time!

Great location, great stay

This property is exactly as it appears on the listing. No surprises! The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and VERY easy to work with. The beds were comfortable and the home is pretty spacious. I would recommend to friends and family!

Vacay Durango

The house was very well laid out. All amenities were as stated. House had just been cleaned. Excellent location and easy to get into and out of. One problem was that in the upstairs portion, only the top half of any of the outlets worked. This was somewhat inconvenient. It meant that we had chargers everywhere for the phones and what-not. Other than that, it was great.

Wedding week in Durango

This property was perfect for our family. Grandparents down to grandchildren, it was very comfortable. We found it not only beautiful, the neighborhood was gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. The hosts were helpful, friendly and informative but not intrusive, and we found it well stocked and spacious. We are already wanting to book this property again. Thank you Ron and Felicia

Nice house in a clean neighborhood

House was clean and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities as described and the use of the 2 car garage was great, we were able to park our Harley’s out of the weather and not worry about them overnight. Would gladly stay at this residence again.

Wonderful, spacious, clean

Ron's home was perfect for our large family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 3 couches in living room, large dining room table fit us all. Location was the best, right across from the Hot Springs, in-between town and ski basin. Hot tub was a nice bonus! Only small comments, No complaints, some pans in kitchen needed to be just thrown out and we ran out of forks at every meal. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that needed attention. Not enough towels for everyone. Everything was heavily used and wore out. Coaches, pots, pans, etc. TV’s need to be upgraded, they were small and older.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was as listed with all the amenities needed to make everything easy. The location is about half way between Durango and Purgatory right on the golf course. The neighborhood was very quiet w/ hardly any traffic. The kids enjoyed sledding down the hills on the golf course. Gas fireplace and hot tub were awesome. We had a fantastic time.

Harry's Funeral

We couldn't find extra towels at first, but after rereading the instructions left, we found them and there were plenty. The location was ideal. We were there for a funeral for our uncle, and he had lived right next door, and our cousins both lived in the neighborhood. Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaner.
