"The staff were pleasant and welcoming. We liked the convenience and food offered at the property. The bed was also extremely comfortable. In terms of improvements, the mirror in the bathroom was too far away for shaving, etc - It would be nice to have a magnifying mirror. Also, we felt it was difficult to leave the property by car as the visibility was quite poor and cars pass by quite quickly."

"My stay at The Percy Arms was absolutely amazing! I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The food is outstanding – I highly recommend trying the South African breakfast, it’s a definite 10/10!"

"Perfect… Enjoyed an amazing spacious room Brilliant staff that were extremely accommodating Now my second visit in less than 3 weeks Just wished I lived closer as I would definitely join with a membership to use the facilities Spa ….gym and extra special feature an outside jacuzzi Menu choices in the restaurant were great too as was the food My only criticism is the special offer of 2 choices for a set price £25 was misleading as certain food choices which was the majority of the menu...

"Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel"

"We stayed here during a work trip. It was a great place to rest and spend time in the room. They have a bottom floor that’s underground that one of the staff put us in when we arrived early but was so appalling that we asked to change. The room we got was wonderful on the 1st floor, I don’t know if they see Expedia and just give you the worst room but it’s not the first time its happened in London. I also needed to upload 50gb and although the staff didn’t know how to help, we figured out...

"Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, helpful reception and enthusiastic young staff would suggest mentioning that the second floor is only accessible by two flights of narrow stairs - it is an old building but anyone with mobility problems might have difficulty"

"Richard was a lovely host, and very helpful when it came to changing pillows as feather too soft for our tastes. Great breakfast in relaxed surroundings. Free parking too."
