Museu de Dunblane

The room was not clean, first indicated by the stains on the sheets and the duvet. The wallpaper in the bathroom were coming off the walls, particularly around the toilet, seemingly due to water damage of some kind (this was a general thing in the bathroom). The shower itself was separated from the toilet which was odd particularly considering the floor in the room was all carpeted. The bed was NOT fit for two people and my partner ended up sleeping on the floor one of the nights due to the limited space. The curtains were quite far from the wall resulting in the sun shining directly in your eyes the second it started rising and even during the night it was quite bright. Overall I would not recommend this hotel mainly due to cleanliness and poor sleeping conditions.

Good location. Close to public transportation.

Great Nostalgic hotel, beautifully appointed rooms and the location was perfect to visit the city of Edinburgh.
