"This is my second stay at Hotel Hive and I chose it again because it's so cute and very convenient. A 15 min metro ride from DCA and the metro is a 5 min walk away from the hotel. The rooms are small, yes, but that's why it's a micro hotel. It still has all the things you need. My only complaint is who decided to put a reading lamp attached to the wall 6 inches out at the HEAD of the bed? I definitely smoked my head off it more than once, which wasn't pleasant. However, I was a VIP and I was not offered a free bottle of wine which I would’ve declined since I don’t drink so there should be another option.
