A cozy 80-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. We are in Visogliano, a small residential town in the municipality of Duino. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and a spacious terrace.
The property consists of 4 bedrooms, a living area, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING AREA with refrigerator, dining table, and microwave;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, desk, and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with a single bed, closet, and desk;
- BEDROOM III with a double bed and a clothes rack;
- BATHROOM with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- TERRACE.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning (a single split unit in the hallway), portable fans, Smart TV (no antenna), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the first floor.
The ceiling in Bedroom III is sloped.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax of €0.90 per person for the first 7 consecutive nights.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
In Sistiana (a hamlet of Duino-Aurisina), nestled among the rocks of Trieste’s light-colored karst cliffs, lies the tourist resort of Visogliano.
A small, quiet residential area, ideal for a completely relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of big cities thanks to its strategic location. The accommodations are a 4-minute walk from the Sistiana Visogliano train station.
We’re a 5-minute drive from Portopiccolo, a small tourist village perched high above the sea. The alleys and narrow streets of Portopiccolo are lined with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. Be sure to visit the Portopiccolo spa, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view while you relax.
- From Trieste Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the E01 bus to the SAGRADO stop on Via Gabriele D’Annunzio (opposite number 11). From there, you can walk to the Sagrado train station (a 7-minute walk) and take the train to the Sistiana Visogliano stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car or taxi in 23 minutes.
