Located 150 metres from the lake and a two-minute walk from Duingt’s historic centre and all its shops, discover a fully equipped apartment that’s perfect for your holiday! The cycle path is right in front of the apartment, and Duingt’s cycle café is just 30 metres away if you’d like to hire bikes. The residence has a bike storage room.
Duingt’s two beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

The accommodation:

Located in a residence built in 2023.
The tastefully decorated flat is on the first floor (no lift) and has a terrace with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is equipped with a television, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and storage space.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
This is a non-smoking property; pets are not permitted in the apartment.

🅿️ A parking space is reserved for you, both above ground and in the underground car park


Close to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a cycle path, you can leave your car in the estate’s car park and set off on foot to explore the old village of Duingt.
Also known as ‘the pearl of the lake’, Duingt is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains.

Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if you are unable to arrange your own arrival, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
