Notice: This apartment maximum capacity is up to five adults and one child. Please do not make reservation for six adults.

Pool and garden are shared with other apartments in the house.

Pool is available from 1st June to end of October.

For you to enjoy fresh air, it has five balconies and the sea view.

It's located on the second floor of a private house in the small sea village Duce, right next to the town Omis.

Beautiful sandy beach is just 2 min walk from the apartment.

Everything sea village Duce has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment – beautiful sandy beach, restaurants, caffe bars…

Spacious living room has an air-condition unit, LED TV with cable channels, comfy sofa set, table and chairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with the dishwasher, two stoves, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and coffee maker, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Each bedroom has one comfortable double bed, balcony and air-condition unit.

First badroom also has TV set with cable channels.

Apartment has three bathrooms, with bath, shower and hair dryer.

Property has a commercial washing machine.

We will provide you a safe, iron and ironing board.

You will also get a parking spot in front of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please ask in advance.

**** House rules:


Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balconies.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balconies.

Pool and garden are shared with guests of our other apartments in the house.

We also provide free parking spot in front of the house.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Duce is one of the most popular destinations on the Omis riviera because of its gorgeous pebble and sandy beaches, especially for families with children.

It's a little sea village right next to the town Omis, whose visitors have been returning to it year after year. Although rows of houses situated between Mosor mountain and the blue Adriatic don't promise much at first sight, Duce is actually a place that offers a great summer vacation for every family: a long sandy beach surrounded with evergreen tree scenery, crystal clear sea, domestic delicacies in local restaurants and a peaceful atmosphere, ''enriched'' only with cricket ciphering and sound of the sea by night.

People from Duce are also very proud of their long sandy beach, one of rare sandy oasis in the coastal area of South Dalmatia.

This four kilometers long beach, that owes its existence to Cetina river deposits, has a thick natural shade which makes it an ideal all day long playground for your youngest, even when the sun is strongest.

Not only tourists, but locals as well, regard this shallow sandy beach as their favorite summer spot where they enjoy playing picigin.

Join them and have fun in this famous game played with a small ball called ''balun''.

After beach fun, refresh and relax yourself in nearby restaurants and coffee bars where you can enjoy local delicacies.

Bus station is just 150m away.

Split Airport is 40 km from the apartment.

Supermarket, restaurants, beach, caffee bars... are all within walking distance from the apartment.
