This little town home is super nice! It was very clean and well maintained and accommodated my family's overnight needs very well. The beds were super comfortable and even smelled clean. We even found the toaster in the covered to be helpful in making toast to go with our soup.

Exactly what we were looking for- a 3 bed/3bath place with laundry. Full kitchen available though we didn’t use it. Quite clean and easy.

Checking it was super easy it was such a spacious unit I only needed to use one room but that was awesome how big it was and how nice it was kept and clean there was a few stains on the carpet but it isn't anything to hold against anybody I think it's just normal wear and tear and they were not totally visible you definitely had to look. Very clean very spacious and had everything I needed to make a couple of meals it was perfect I will definitely be staying here again as I like to take my kids on vacations for the weekend away from home close by and this place is perfect

Decent stay at a decent place. The cleaning fee seemed high for the situation. The thermostat was set to return to 74° multiple times throughout the day. This is indicative of either a failure to clear previous programming or an underhanded attempt to control the temp. Space was nice and setup was sufficient

Outside was an attempt at rustic, insides were newly renovated with fresh carpet. Bedroom on main floor, two bedrooms upstairs, all with queen beds and private baths. Nice size kitchen and living room...very clean.

This was not the place we wanted to stay, we were having a family even in Roosevelt and thought since it says Winterton suites we had the right place only to find out they are not associated with each other, could not get our money back because they turned away other guests, which i am sure they could of still rented the unit out after canceling our reservation.

Been staying here off and on for the past 10 years. Used to get a disabled Vet discount but not anymore. They advertise kitchen with FULL amenities but that is hardly the case. Pots and pans are unusable, rusted, dirty. No measuring cups, 1 baking pan that is 1/4 the size of the oven. Their "selection" of pillows is all the same limp pillows...a blanket folded up is better than the cheap unfilled pillows they provide. Checkout is 10 A.M. while I believe industry standard is 11 A.M. the new management would not budge on an extra hour and wanted to charge for another day? Carpet was stained, metal strip on floor/tile joint sticking up being a trip hazard...we all wore shoes inside so we didn't get cut by it. The heater vents downstairs only blow cold air while the upstairs blow hot and gets to 90 degrees. The 2 ladies that came to clean were very nice and did a great job but it was not daily cleaning as advertised...we were in units 4 days before cleaning happened. Used to be a good place to stay with the exception of pots and pans...I have even bought a new set and left it there in the past. Seems that's the only way to get a kitchen with amenities at this place. Will be looking elsewhere for extended stay in the future.

First off love the 3 bed 3 bath rooms with kitchen But was disappointed when i found mouse droppings in with the silverware i contacted management who acted disconcerned about it and tried calling me a lier i ended up having to extend my stay by one night management told me they would give me half off for the issues and send me a receipt but i never did get one after checking out management contacted me claiming i broke the coffee table and they wanted 325$ for it it in a attempt to get the rest off their money out of me for the half off

Very nice stay. They are doing the "no touch" very well and is impressive. Spacious. Could use new mattresses. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

Winterton Suites in Duchesne, Utah was an amazing place to stay for our family of 6. Having 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms was perfect for our family. It is nice to not have to share a single bathroom for 6 people. The kids had space to spread out and relax after a day at Starvation Reservoir (6 minutes away) and Moon Lake (about 40 Minutes away). The apartment (Unit 3) was very clean and the beds were great. There are a few large parking areas to the side and behind of each unit for parking a large boat, which was very nice. Everything was fully stocked (towels, toiletries). We would not hesitate to book here again! I have only 3 suggestions/minor issues. 1. There were no hooks in the bathrooms for hanging your towel once used, this would be a perfect addition. 2. The paper towel holder in the kitchen had only a few sheets left and there was not a spare roll under the sink. The Family Dollar store is literally next door, and we just grabbed a pack of 2 rolls and left one under the sink for the next guest. 3. Our unit (unit 3) only had 2 spoons in the utensil drawer, probably just an oversight. Again, we grabbed some plastic spoons at the Family Dollar. There were at least 6 plates/bowls/cups in the cupboards. Other than these 3, very small details, the stay was perfect. You will not be disappointed. Do not hesitate to book.

Beautiful Area, Clean Property

My husband and I stayed at Winterton Suites while on a weekend trip riding our motorcycle. The area is beautiful! The management's communication was awesome. I accidentally locked us out of the condo and the manager answered the phone and was immediately able to help us gain access. The property is very clean.

I got there early and wad able top get right into my room. The place was clean and comfortable. I was there for business but it would be a great place to take the family for a longer stay. Two thumbs up.
