The staff were all so friendly and helpful and little touches made our stay very memorable such as a glass of prosecco on arrival and a card and some chocolates in my room for my birthday. "We were very pleased with our stay. There is a lot of renovation work going on but the hotel is still functioning well. Maybe a couple of the staff on reception could be better trained on check in and check out etticet. Overall good stay"
