This was the first VRBO we've ever used, and we were extremely impressed with the house, and the neighborhood! Traveling with children and pets was made so much easier due to the ease of access this place had to local attractions. Communication with the host was stellar and she was super easy to talk to if we had any questions!

Perfect home to relax

This home was a great place to stay. The backyard alone is worth it! It is completely fenced in and has a great deck with plenty of seating. We are all our meals outside in the sunshine. Would definitely stay again!

An accommodating stay

I stayed at the property with my dog and the accommodations were great for both of us! The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a neighborhood with many options for walks with my dog. It was quiet, but also very close to restaurants and stores. I would return to this property for future stays in the area.

Great Stay

We had such a great time at this house. There were babies, dogs and adults and everyone had plenty of space to hangout! The grill is a huge bonus and there is a ton to outdoor seating to enjoy the nice weather! Would highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The house was fairly clean but due to its age the floors were extremely squeaky. There were no towels in the bathrooms and the 1/2 bath was a toilet in a closet (no sink). The owner was very responsive. It was just an average home. The location was pretty good.

Beds were very comfortable. We had difficulty finding towels because we did not realize there was a cabinet behind the toilet. Thought it was a frosted over window. Fun house for the weekend!Owner was very responsive in helping us.

Great house for a family visit

This property is in a great location with 3 very spacious bedrooms all with King beds and plenty of room to relax and visit! Overall it worked well for our family to explore and experience Dubuque! The host was very responsive to my questions. We had a great time and we would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO hosted by Rylea. The property is located in a truly picturesque part of Dubuque—quiet, charming, and perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home, especially since our two Vizslas (dogs) were joining us. Rylea was a wonderful host: friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

Gingerbread cottage.

Always wanted to stay in a gingerbread cottage? Nicely updated, cozy, yet spacious feeling, older home. Beautiful new kitchen w/ everything needed for cooking. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Loved the fenced yard for our dog. Patio w/ fire pit and barbecue grill, picnic table, and ample seating options. Great location near the university for visiting our college student. Enjoyed our stay!

Not able to get the shower to work. Reported to owner but no further communication after she said someone would look at it. Found centipedes in the basement. Bugs in light fixtures. Good location.

Birthday Getaway

We arrived on Thursday afternoon and check-in was the easiest I have ever had. The weather wasn’t the greatest but we enjoyed the comfy couch in the living room and enjoyed playing games around the kitchen island. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were up to date. We were able to enjoy the grill to make steaks and lobster for the guys's birthday dinner on Saturday. The house is located close to downtown and Diamond Jo Casino. Do check out Diamond Jo Casino even if you don't gamble, they have a bowling alley and offer some good entertainment. We were lucky enough to see Rodney Carrington and he was hilarious. Our group enjoyed this nice home and we look forward to booking again next time we come to Dubuque!
