One of the most remarkable moments of our stay was when I lost my phone in the sea. After being submerged for three full days, I had little hope—but the hotel’s diving team managed to retrieve it from deep water. Their dedication, professionalism, and care went far beyond what anyone could expect, and I’m still amazed by their efforts.
Equally impressive was Maro World, which made our daughter’s stay absolutely magical. The facilities were engaging, safe, and full of creative activities that kept her happy and entertained every day. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was enjoying herself so much in such a fun, well-supervised environment.
From the warm welcome at check-in to the small thoughtful touches throughout, the staff consistently went above and beyond. The views are breathtaking, the service is first-class, and the atmosphere is perfect for both relaxation and family fun.
We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return.
