"The instructions to shuttle say “use the right channel” to the shuttle. Does “right” mean “righthand” or “correct” in this sentence? We followed the “correct” channel to the “shuttles” and never found this hotel pick up. Very confusing. This hotel is a crazy maze. Our room was not listed on the wall (170). We ended up doing a lap trying to find our room. When I opened the fire door to our wing, it smelled very musty, like water damage. Our shower pan filled up and over flowed on the...

"Chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle. Easy to sign up, easy to board, timely and efficient. Really appreciated the staff because I when I requested they hold our luggage hours before check in, they chose to find us a room that was ready that matched our reservation. "We stayed here twice on our vacation, once on the front end for 2 nights and again on the back end for one night. Our first stay was on the 4th floor, the room was exceptional, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing. On our second stay, we stayed one night on the third floor. The bed was not comfortable, the noise level was bothersome from the cleaning closet next to our room."

"We stayed at Marie‘s prior to flying home the next day. There were three of us, so we had the family room with three twin beds and the private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout blinds helped us sleep very well. The hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful. They insisted on carrying luggage for us and we had a lovely chat during breakfast. We highly recommend staying here."
