We thought the overall experience of the house was good. Some of the conditions at the house was less than stellar. The rug in the great room was filthy. The couch in the great room was not in very good shape. Cushions were to a point that they had no support consequently it was very uncomfortable.One of the handles on the sliding doors upstairs was gone. Impossible to open and get some ventilation, considering how warm it was during our stay. One of the fans that was put in the house was inoperable. No wash cloths. The street was very quiet and the general location was wonderful. The staff was very responsive to our requests. I think with some minor investment and thought this could be a primo property. Things like a proper satellite tv subscription, not just on the great room tv but on all the tv’s in the house. Not sure we would rent it again due to the issues. While it’s worth the price for location, quiet and overall all appeal, it is over priced due to the “tired” condition
