The Space

The elegant dining area, features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 persons, where you may devour your home cooked meals and the American style kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances to include a microwave, a coffee machine, and a toaster, for your convenience.



Master Bedroom

The comfy master bedroom features a king size bed with premium furnishings for a sleep-filled night. You’ll also have access to a built-in wardrobe.



The balcony features a stunning Marina & Dubai Eye view, where you’ll be able to enjoy watching a breathtaking view during the sunset from the comfort of your own bed and the en-suite bathroom with premium finishings features a bathtub, a toilet and a sink.



The second bedroom, with a similar elegant style features a queen-sized bed with premium furnishings, two bed side tables and lamp shades.



The third bedroom with an equally elegant style, features two single beds with premium furnishings and stunning views of the Marina.



The Second Bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a sink.

Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.





Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.



The Neighborhood



Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is where everything comes together: water sports, shopping, international dining, live entertainment, working out and hanging back.



The Marina stretches more than 3 km long and is encircled by a palm lined and landscaped promenade, a favorite among strollers, walkers, joggers and cyclists. Along the waterfront are numerous restaurants and cafés or you could jump on a yacht for the day and sail around the Palm Jumeirah, or a Dhow boat for dinner. The Marina has its own mall with over 130 shops, a supermarket and a six-screen cinema. Immerse yourself in a culinary experience at Pier 7, a signature building that offers a new adventure in fine dining, with a contrast in tastes, presentation, ambience and style on every floor.



JBR is a beachfront promenade set around 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian touch. It’s vibrant and family friendly with plenty of places to sit, have a shisha and watch the sunset over the Arabian Gulf. There are loads of activities to keep the kids entertained, including a splash pad, beachfront playground, train ride and mini fare ground with games and prizes. Hop on a camel and take a tour of the shoreline or sweat it out in The Beach’s outdoor gym. Check out local artisans at The Beach market or grab some VIP tickets to the movies for a quiet night out. JBR is a place that really comes alive at night and has plenty to offer the partygoers with a multitude of bars and nightlife.



Getting Around



Take advantage of the Dubai tram and really get to know the area, it will connect you to the East and West of both places effortlessly and connect you to the Dubai Metro for when you’re ready to explore the city further, to the Dubai Mall or beyond. Alternatively, you can always hail an RTA taxi to get you to the Mall of the Emirates in 15 minutes, Ibn Battuta Mall in 7 minutes or The Palm Jumeirah in 10 minutes. From there, you can explore The Lost Chambers at the famous Atlantis Hotel then party into the night.
