Beautiful rustic cottage at the lake. We liked the kitchen amenities and extra space provided through bunk beds though we were just 2. It would be nice if the WiFi was working.

I enjoyed my time at the cozy cabin. It definitely is as described. I enjoyed walking the property checking out the chickens and garden. Beautiful huge tomato plants. Great view of the lake. So close to town made it easy for me to get what I needed. Great communication with the host made everything a wonderful experience.I do plan to visit again in the future and I do recommend you check it out!

Beautiful and convenient location. Easy check-in. Would have liked to know about bunk beds as these were not appropriate for our needs. Also, would be good to know about no coffee on property.

There was no street address, had to ask a neighbor where the place is. They said to check the router on the counter to make sure it is on, there was no router any where, so there was no Wifi available. There was only enough hot water for one shower.

This site would be ok for fishing getaway - would not recommend for family or couples thinking a romantic get away-not Older very rustic- furniture old with lots of use & some tears. Trains are within 50’ or so directly behind the cabin & yes! The trains ran every few hours & very noisy. Yes- even during the nite.

Cabin was located next to railroad tracks, pretty loud whenever train passed by. And that's like 5 to 6 times a night. It was clean, and I liked the bed/mattress. No water pressure at all, couldn't shower or flush the toilet.

We were thrilled with this little cabin, larger than we thought it would be. It was clean and rustically decorated. Beds were comfortable .Kitchen was well equipped. We had a fast chat with Shane, the host. Very friendly. He was having difficulty with the internet. Was fine with us to just enjoy the setting. YES it is very close to the railway tracks. We just made a game of it to see who would be first to hear it coming. Perhaps 5 went by afternoon into early evening. (My husband 79, thought it was great and went to wave) We would definitely stay again.

The cabin is situated 50 feet from an active and busy railroad track. The trains rolled by almost every 2 hours through the night. This was neither restful nor quaint. The internet was not working either.

I know things are a bit different in fishing and hunting areas. We weren’t in our cabin much. Positive- host is quite pleasant and onsite. Negative- please give the refrigerator a good cleaning. Also need a corkscrew. Railroad tracks are super close but didn’t bother us for sleeping. Had instructions for Wi-Fi. But no router. You’ll have to walk outside and go closer to the owners home. Previous review states bad water pressure. It was fine. Thank you

The cabin was cozy and looked like the pictures. However, the patio chairs and table could have been wiped down and clean, not covered in pollen, dust and leaves. There was no WiFi as advertised. The fridge needed to be cleaned and contents removed. Kitchen sink was not clean and came with dirty dishes. The coffee maker came with old coffee still in the carafe. And the garage can came with garbage. There was also a dead animal near by if not under the deck. It was giving off a very foul odor. Bbq worked and the beds were comfortable.

This was everything it said it was. Had everything a person needed the lake was beautiful.The communication with Shane was great. Would stay again and definitely recommend this place.

Great space, nice and secluded. Was a great place to spend the night. Train tracks are really close, but it didn’t bother us. My son likes the chicken coop.

The cabin was nicely set up. Though it sleeps 4, it’s all bunk beds. The train is very nearby. The beach was lovely. The host was lovely.
