Guest Access:

Guests have their private entrances, access to all facilities on the premises including the hot tub, BBQ and the entire Bahama breeze to themselves!



The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet, surrounded by many beautiful homes. Short walks away from the red deer river, a park with lots of greenery and stunning trails for walking or biking! Only a 10-15 minute walk into town.

• We only have the regular cable TV.

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
