"Clean rooms, lovely and comfortable lobby, 24 hours you may drink tea and coffee at the lobby. You may cook at your room, there are pots pans. Location is perfect, 3 min walk to metro station and you may also walk to anywhere you like. There is a delicious burger place just 2 min walk. Staff were so kind and cheerful. We loved this hotel"

"Great apartment, beautiful natural light. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The room was a good size so we didn't feel stuck in a small space. Easy to get codes and get in and out. Close to the bus which takes you directly to town in less than 40 minutes. The main train station is 11-12 minutes away but easy to get to as well. The only downfall is there really isn't anything nearby for shopping or restaurants. There was an awesome snitzel place about 15 minutes away though and thr...

"Loved location within walking distance of main train station and everything else City Centre in Hamburg (including the parkrun!) Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Helpful and friendly staff team. Would definitely recommend and return if in Hamburg again."

"We found it hard to find anything negative about this place. The units are well thought out and looked after with everything we needed provided and complete sets of equipment in the kitchen. Great transport links in to and across town. The most comfortable sofabed I’ve ever slept on in the living room."

"Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us...

"Ein wunderschönes Hausboot mit viel Platz. Vor allem abends mit Romantikfaktor wegen Beleuchtung des Steges etc. Es ist an alles gedacht, sogar an Futter für die Enten und an Eiswürfel im Gefrierschrank. Die Führung durch das Hausboot und die ausführlichen Erklärungen bei der Anreise durch den netten und humorvollen Herrn Karsten Schrödter kann man als legendär bezeichnen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir fühlten uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr sicher, weil wir uns jederzeit...
