Viatges a Centre de Philipsburg

The stay at Princess was beautiful for a peaceful and quiet time. The office staff was also very attentive and made sure our stay was good. We loved that breakfast was delivered to the room. The staff was great except for when we checked out and asked for assistance with our bags because there was no elevators for that side of our room. There was an employee that they referred to as Gabriel and he was absolutely horrible when helping us with our bags and driving to the office for us to check out. He drove like a maniac and did not give us a chance to tell him our driver was in the parking lot and had an attitude when we verified with our check out attendant. He didn’t speak, just grabbed our bags and threw them in the car. We also had a minor incident with him the day before when we asked about a market to find a toothbrush because my guest forgot hers. He pointed and said it’s “over there” and then walked away. This turned our energy all the way off. HOWEVER, it is also far from everything and no options for a local market or food if you arrive at a certain time. It is walkable only if you can trek up and down a rocky hill so a taxi or car rental would be helpful. It was also hard for us to get a taxi during the day to go elsewhere but I got a contact (raymond) from my friend and he made accommodation so we can enjoy a day at the beach. But he mentioned most taxi won’t drive there. So if you want a quiet stay and do not plan to go elsewhere, then this is the space for you!

No clean towels, not friendly at front desk. Needs upgrade. Pools were filthy

Shuttle service very helpful getting to and from the restaurants at the local restaurants and main road since parking spots are limited.

We had a wonderful time. Food and drinks were delicious! So nice to have a little convenience store in site too. Beautiful views and pool.

What a wonderful stay!! The staff was exceptional and accommodating the entire trip. The rooms were clean and very beautiful, not to mention the landscaping and the ease of getting to and from. I will most certainly be back!! Thank you!!!
