" Sometimes when you pay for convenience quality doesn’t always line up with the price. I was super happy with our stay at the Hyatt, which is located near EVERYTHING! This hotel is within walking distance to many of downtown Boston’s gems. The staff was super friendly too, and held our bags after we checked out so we could walk around more. Rooms were clean and overall the facility was excellent. Highly recommend. "

"We picked the the best location, we walked to all our tours as well as restaurants! The staff was awesome and very attentive to our needs! We had an issue and lost our phone in the city as we were headed out and it was a mess! "We loved the themed rooms and the ease of check-in/out. The game room was really nice. I just had a few issues: we checked out early and there is no onsite employees from 9pm-9am so I could not get ice since it was located in the office/game room or check out (I ended up calling the hotel to check out from the road at 9am). Overall a nice place to stay with all of the necessities in a fun and cool themed pirate room!"
