Stay in the Dover Bay Resort at this ALL new, dazzling Cabin in the Woods home.  Inviting, spacious, bright and clean home with wraparound deck, outdoor fireplace and easy walking access to many of the amenities of Dover Bay - just 3 miles from downtown Sandpoint.  Private hot tub off the back deck!

Two main level bedrooms with King beds, luxury linens, two bathrooms and an open high-ceiling Great Room with fully appointed kitchen, central AC, wicked high fast internet, gas fireplace and large TV.  Upstairs is an ideal bunk room (four full-sized beds) with its own private bathroom is ideal for teens, grandkids and overflow sleeping.

Enjoy the wraparound covered deck year round with outdoor fireplace and gas BBQ.  Detached single car garage has EV (electric vehicle) charging station with an easy pay-per-use setup.

Dover Bay Resort offers 9 miles of year-long maintained paths and trails, marina, DISH restaurant, and convenience store. Balto Park, just a short walk/drive away, offers a beach and swimming area, along with a small playground and restrooms.

Wow wow wow!!!

This is the most incredible Vrbo we have ever stayed at! Absolutely stunning property that is impeccably maintained. We are clean freaks and this home exceeded our expectations! Every detail of this home has been carefully curated and we appreciated it all so very much! We travelled with another family and it was the perfect layout for 4 adults on the main and all of the kids upstairs. The home is well equipped with high end everything. We absolutely loved everything about this property and the surrounding area. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your special home with us. We have been forever spoiled and doubt other Vrbo experiences will live up to this one!

Girls getaway

Well equipped home. Had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was amazing and the peace and tranquility of the location was perfect. Well cared for home. Only thing all of us girls would have liked to see was more shampoo and conditioner. A small amount was provided but for the number we had in the house it wasn’t enough. Otherwise 5 stars!

Great getaway in Dover/Sandpoint!

The property was just lovely! The bed was really comfortable. It had nice amenities for our stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. We would definitely come and stay there it again. Though it was just my husband and I for our anniversary, this place can accommodate way more people. The location great! It is just a short walk to the marina. We met such nice people who live there.

Beautiful Home - Great Experience

We stayed at this lovely home over the holidays - it was perfect. The home is top end and furnished with beautiful furniture and amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus! The property management was on top of every detail and very easy to work with. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

High End Features

What a beautifully appointed home with so many special touches. Luxurious finishes were all around from the bedding, furniture and appliances. Beds we extremely comfortable. Room darkening (automatic) shades through the home. The couch was amazingly comfortable. We spend hours on the outdoor wrap around porch visiting, eating and playing games. It was extremely special vacation for our family. .
