"Nice and clean property, enjoyed the gas fireplace in the room on a rainy day. Breakfast was simple but good offerings. Very much enjoyed our stay."

"Suite was homely and cozy, downtown Peterborough is fairly accessible by car, and convenience store right down the road. The property has a beautiful garden visible from the patio with lots of birds visiting for those into birdwatching. Host was knowledgeable about attractions in the area, recommending multiple places for us to visit."

"The breakfast was good, service was quick. The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately "

"I stay here all the time that I am in Peterborough. Staff really care about you and go out their way to make your stay very pleasant. I would not stay anywhere else. It is a little outside of Peterborough but only about 5 minutes away from any shopping you may need. I hightly recommend this Motel for a pleasant stay."

"Expedia site said location had a pool. However upon arrival we found out it's closed until June. The ONLY reason i picked this location was for the pool. Property poorly maintained. Seat at end of bed broke. After seeing it back up i see leg of seat held on with a C clamp"

"If you need a cute little place to stay while you are working nearby, driving on through on an adventure or a quiet get away from the city this is it. Walkable to the cute town of Campbellford, a 3km walk to the cool suspension bridge and while on route you can stop at the giant toonie. I use it for work fairly often and it's clean, quiet and peaceful."

"The hotel was hosting a large group of young lacrosse players attending a tournament in the city, and unfortunately the behaviour throughout the property was completely out of control. Children were running up and down the hallways unrestrained late into the evening and early in the morning. At one point, nets were actually set up in the second-floor hallway and a lacrosse game was taking place indoors. It was unbelievable that this was allowed to continue without intervention from hotel...

"This was our second stay. Room is very clean and check in staff are very friendly."

"Beautiful cottage resort our hockey team loved staying at. Having evening camp fires and afternoon fishing was perfect. I wish we had time for golf, the course looks amazing. My only complaint is that the resort is huge and they have little to no walking trails connecting the 2 areas together, it was faster to drive and that's not ideal. "
