"Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips!"

"Terrible parking conditions. People fell in parking lot. Everywhere else was cleaned off around streets/shops but hotel had not cleared off parking. Sidewalks were clear but at front of building it was just slush and so dangerous."

"Continental breakfast was fine, just like every other part of my stay here. Nothing shocking, just the bare minimum. "

"There was nothing in the kitchen. Breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. We stayed 3 nights. The hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and wasn't vacuumed while we were there. That was gross."

"The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was nice and the hot water spa was relaxing. Breakfast was very good."

"Parking was right at the room door for the first floor, which is convenient, and the agent was great. For cons, the wifi didn’t work at all, the bed and pillows were pretty hard and they weren’t very comfortable. The agent did say that the cable company was coming to check it out, so maybe that will be resolved. "

"Hotel is great! Very clean, large rooms with blackout shades. We used the shuttle to Mayo Clinic and it was very easy to use. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed one night at the hotel to take the kids swimming for a little get away for their spring break. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice, big and roomy, but one of the 2 bathrooms had dry blood stains on the bathtub tiles and we didn't realize that until after the kids came back from swim and showered. I did let the Manager on duty know. She said she will send maintenance to clean it, but she looked irritated and annoyed that I mentioned it. I did not get a very...

"The rooms, are great, nice breakfast. You need a new coffee machine, the of breakfast, attendants has to work on it, every day. It, X-Ray was great!"

"We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. "

"The pocket door in our bathroom would not close so there was no privacy during our stay. We were not offered a room change nor credited in any way for the inconvenience. That was disappointing."
