"The hot tub was good , but needed cleaning after kids were in it. Pool was cold. Ceiling fan didn't work and light of coffee station was broken."

"Can't really recommend this place. The cabin was a nice one but not super clean. They had Keurig coffee but no Keurig machine. Just a regular coffee pot but no grounds and the wrong filters for it. My wife found someone's fake eyelash on the floor. Lots of dust and dirt. The cabin needed work (missing shingles, molding coming off the wall, broken lights with mismatched lightbulbs). They had a threatening note by the sink saying they'll charge you if you don't wash the dishes and put them away...

"Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property in the summer. There is no A/C, which is normally not a problem in Mammoth Lakes. BUT, the rooms have no windows or ventilation, only a sliding door with no screen, and no way to secure the room if you open the door. On top of that, the cleaning staff open the curtains to the sunlight when you are gone, turning your room into a greenhouse oven. So, despite the beautiful weather in Mammoth Lakes, it’s too hot to stay here."

"This spot is super solid especially solo traveling. Right in downtown mammoth close to most shops and restaurants/bars. Has rooms with balconies that face the mountain so a great view, probably even more so during snow season. Parking easy with garages right under your rooms even. Even has an elevator if you don’t wanna walk up the stairs. Very very clean and has a nice smell. I got the standard room for an awesome price, has everything you need and an above average bathroom. Had a nice tub to...

"Had been backpacking with my family for over a week with my family had 3 rooms booked. We came early just after 3 pm to see if we could check in early. I didn't even say anything, just started to walk up to the window to see and he snapped at me and said I couldn't check in until 4pm. Before 3:30 a couple came out with their keys, obviously having checked in. So I went to wait inside, another family came, tried to check in and couldn't. I went up again and he said our room wasn't ready, fine....
