"Service is not what it was. Being ignored sitting at the bar waiting for a drink. Steam room and pool in the wellness area not working. No bathrobes in the room anymore. Loose floor tiles in our bathroom. Too bad. We always liked this hotel when flying in and out of Frankfurt."
