Newly renovated 1 story home in quiet neighborhood near championship golf and tennis, Water World, Westgate Park, Forever Wild trails, hospitals/sleeps 7/Large and well equipped kitchen/Game room with ping pong, arcade games and 65" Roku TV/ 4 beds:2 Queen, 1 full size and one single roll away bed/ Roku TV in each bedroom/Fire Place/Dedicated Workspace/ Washer Dryer/ Spacious Patio/BBQ Grill/Large fenced yard/Pack-N-Play

Our goal is to provide a five star experience for our guests. We offer contactless check-in, however, please don't hesitate to reach out to us during your stay. Once you book with us, our contact information will be provided.

We are located in one of Dothan's most charming neighborhoods and just moments from the best shopping, entertainment and adventure the city has to offer

Guests will have full private access provided via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.

We are a 3 bed / 2 bath ranch-style that was fully renovated in late 2024. All bedrooms plus the gameroom and family room have smart TVs. The game room offers classic arcade games, ping pong plus bar height dining. There is an additional fold out bed as well for your convenience.

Getting around couldn't be easier. You are 15 minutes from the airport and only moments from all your health care, shopping, dining and entertainment needs. We provide designated parking for two cars as well as plenty of on-street parking. If you are in town for golf, baseball, tennis or are a travelling medical professional... we are in the heart of it all.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, Instapot, cooking utensils and spices. We provide the essentials to get you started (towels, paper products, detergent, coffee, creamer, etc.). If you'll be with us for more than a few days, we are conveniently located near shopping where you can resupply.

Stream your favorite shows on any of the five Roku televisions, play classic arcade games or ping pong in the game room or relax on the back patio.

We are dog friendly. Maximum of two dogs allowed. All dogs must be house trained and should not be left unattended at the property unless crated. Please keep dogs off of furniture and beds. Extra pet cleaning fee may be assessed for pet hair on furniture, pet stains, etc.

Quiet neighbourhood, a short drive to stores, restaurants and golf. Communication with the host was fantastic leading up to trip and during our stay. Well-appointed kitchen made cooking easy. Beds were very comfortable. Game room is a great place to hang out, well-stocked with card games, video games, mini basketball and table tennis. Wide driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Hosts put a lot of thought into what you might need for a comfortable stay.We would definitely rent again!

Jeff was prompt with responses and answered all questions and provided helpful information. The house was laid out nicely, the decor and furnishings were functional and tasteful. The game room was so fun!! The kitchen was laid out so that my family could sit at the island while I cooked. The home was close to the RTJ course and Publix, just as Jeff had described. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property is so cozy & homey, very clean, bed mattress was wonderful! Decor very nice. The neighborhood, a great location near our family. The backyard was perfect for our toy poodles to go and be safe enclosed while we watched them! The kitchen is very well stocked with anything needed for cooking. We love the coffee bar set up. The property manager, Jeff, is amazing - helpful, responds quickly if needed. We highly recommend this property!

Very nice, responsive host! Well appointed house with a nice fenced backyard for the dog. We didn't use the game room but I bet that is popular with kids! Would definitely stay at Jeff's again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Brad's Baywood Ranch while in town to visit family for Thanksgiving. The home was very welcoming and was perfect for our needs. We had requested an early check-in which was quickly accommodated. Jeff was a great host and responded very quickly when we had an unexpected issue with the door lock. The home was laid out very well for our family of 5 adults - and was perfect when we had our extended family in for dinner and cards one evening. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well appointed. Great neighborhood and a nice fenced yard for the dog. The home is very comfortable and inviting and we will definitely book again when our plans bring us back to Dothan.

I can’t say enough good things about this home and the host. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! Premium mattresses, top of the line bed linens with extras in the closet. Ample amount of hotel grade towels. There are even extra bath rugs in the linen cabinet. Large flat screen tvs in all of the bedrooms. Game room was an awesome space to hang out and relax ( this room also has a large flat screen tv). Host was very accommodating and considerate. He messaged us each week to remind us about trash pick up days. He also messaged to ask if it would be convenient for him to send the landscaper out , instead of one just showing up without us aware. We have already booked another stay here!

This was a great find!!! It was a beautiful place, very spacious, clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The communication between the owner was great, and the information in the house guidebook was very informative and helpful. My husband and I took a walk every morning, the neighborhood was very pleasant.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!

Beautiful spacious home. Perfect for our family while we were visiting other family in Dothan. 4 adults and 3 children were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. We would definitely book again.

Great Stay

Check in was super easy! The house was super cute, clean and well organized. We requested an early check in since we were in town for a wedding, and it was easily accommodated! We loved the large fenced in backyard. It was a great location for traveling around Dothan and an event at the Pineneedle. We had a great experience!

Short stay in Dothan

This place was perfect for my stay. Just west of the city and close to everything I needed to get to. Loved the layout of the house and communication was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I was ever in the area again.
