"The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with our room upon arrival and they responded immediately. A great location, a few hundred meters from a shopping mall with a well-stocked supermarket. Would recommend it to others."

Bathroom has only one soap dispenser (for hands, we used it for shwer...)
Overall i can recommend, but...
Check in was very difficult. After paying in expedia and recribing confirmation, the hotel sent a mssg to chevkin online via a link. Thats fine. However, never before did i need to include my passpot photo as well as my wife's....plus many other details, more than airline checkin! The reeervation was on my name, so why do they need my wifes passport?

"Hervorragend! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer perfekt, sauber und gemütlich. Und das Konzept als kleines Apartment finde ich super! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

"I had a very pleasant stay at Rioca Frankfurt Posto 7. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit.
When I first arrived, there was a small issue with the toilet in my room. However, thanks to the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff, the situation felt much more manageable. They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning.

"We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again. "

"Ich habe früher in 4-Sternehotels gearbeitet und für diesen Preis war das Gebotene hervorragend. Allerdings sind es zum nächsten ÖNPV ca. 800 m und für jemand Gehbehinderten, ohne eigenes Auto, nicht zu schaffen. allerdings gleicht sich das durch den absolut günstigen Preis für Frankfurter Verhältnisse wieder aus. Ich bin gehbehindert. "
