Nursery Cottage is located in the centre of the Surrey Hills, in a beautiful rural location, just one mile from the popular village of Peaslake and has immediate access to over 2000 acres of common land. Sleepng up to four the property benefits from one ensuite and one shower room, a large living room with fantastic views of the farm and a kitchen dining area with separate seating area. After a long day of walking or mountain biking, unwind in the wood fired hot tub!

Location was fantastic with a lovely view. It was very peaceful with woodland walks straight from the cottage just a couple of minutes away. The cottage itself is even better than the pictures. Very clean with everything you could need for your stay. Tim, the host was extremely friendly & helpful.

Check in with instructions was simple to follow. Tim was a great host. Very helpful and generous hamper on arrival… the house and location was just perfect, set in a fantastic location within the Surrey hills. myslef and family had a great stay and cannot wait for the opportunity to return….

escape to the country

wow wow wow. our stay was exceptional in all ways from the serenity of the beautiful countryside and hearing the sounds of the sheep cows and horses. The cottage was very spacious and well equipped and exceptionaly clean with very high standards in all the furnishings Farmer Tim and his wife were delightful people and very accommodating. we asked for a tea pot. next there there is a tea pot waiting for us at our front door nothing wa to much trouble for them. we will definitely be retuning to this beautiful cottage in the rural countryside . Thankyou Tim and Sarah for making our stay truly amazing and memorable

Amazing Cottage

Such a lovely cottage with stunning views! Very spacious inside and it was handy having the outdoor studio. We absolutely loved our stay and really appreciated the welcome package too. Tim was brilliant when it came to communication

Perfect holiday stay

Excellent comfortable cottage, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, with amazing views across the farmland beyond. Some nice local pubs within a couple of miles for food and/or drink. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
