"Everything was pretty nice except the pull out couch and the noise. Pull out couch was laughable. You sleep sideways, on a VERY THIN MATTRESS that has a bar running through the center. We woke up more than once to sirens and then loud garbage trucks behind the building. "

"Breakfast menu had a great selection but the food that should have been hot to taste was cold....my hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get hot and the mattress in my room was horrible. It felt like a mattress cushion instead of an actual mattress. Staff was very polite and friendly. "

"This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!"

"Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend."

"The room was very clean and spacious, but the hotel was understaffed for the amount of guests. The glass everywhere was smudged and unclean. We were charged for parking when we shouldn't have been. We won't be staying here again. "

"Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"
