"fire alarm routinely gets pulled in middle of the night by homeless who can access it next door in the bank atm. happened to us at 1:30 am and had to get up and evacuate. stairwell was full of people at the second floor and below. if there was a fire we would’ve been stuck there. stay somewhere else until they fix this issue"

My objection is that when my husband and I had been asleep for about 45 minutes, our phone started ringing and when I answered it, I was told that there were complaints that we had loud music coming from our room. "I was provided incorrect information regarding incidental charge which when called the hotel was told $50 but upon checking in was told it is $200 due to my using a debit card $50 is credit card.
