"Quiet, quaint, comfortable. Steps off a busy avenue you can hear birds and waterfalls. The "comfort" room was charming and had an onsen (soaking tub) large enough for two. Breakfast was fine and authentically Chinese. English was limited but translation apps filled the gap. I would definitely stay again. "

"Absolutely perfect stay! Staff could not do enough to help even when my package was delivered to an alternative address they rang and sorted it out for me. It was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and we had a cake delivered, room decorated and a fruit bowl on arrival. The amenities in room were wonderful, shower, bath, robes, slipper and a very comfortable large bed were wonderful. Location was great and approx £8 in a didi from the airport and the same to train station for bullet train...

"The hotel itself was comfortable. The room was ok. staff did their job efficiently. However, there are a couple of important things that I felt let it down. Everything is in Chinese ...I would suggest an English translation..this would make life easier for Western visitors. Also the internet was very unreliable and spotty . If these things are considered then it would be a major improvement"
